Hey Everyone!

We wanted to introduce you to an incredible home gout diet for curing gout pain without the use of harmful medications, medicine, or drugs. The Gout Diet Report has been called the “Gout Sufferer’s Bible” from numerous clients that they’ve been able to help year after year.

The Gout Diet Report has been featured in numerous publications including the New York Times, USA Today, Information Week, and CNN. This report has also been backed by many medical doctors, most notably Dr. Scott Saunders, M.D, a specialist in alternative treatment and medicine.

We highly recommend you check out the Gout Diet Report because of its overwhelming effectiveness, glowing customer testimonials, and because its been backed by the medical community.

The #1 biggest symptom of gout is extreme pain, swelling, throbbing, and heat in the joint of the big toe. This condition is easy to diagnose by your doctor either by observation or through a uric crystal acid test.

Other symptoms of gout include:

  • Multiple attacks of acute arthritis
  • Arthritis attacks that develop over the course of an extremely quick time
  • Arthritis attacks that affect only one joint; most often affecting the toe, ankle, or knee.

When these symptoms arise and its clear to a doctor that a patient is experiencing acute attacks, doctors typically prescribe one of three types of medical treatments or a combination thereof.

Warning: Because of the many side effects common to these treatments, we urge you to consider this alternative solution.

Typical traditional medical treatments include:

Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs)

  • Taken orally to provide relief from the inflammation and associated pain.
  • Regretfully, NSAIDs have no effect on the amount of uric acid in the body.
  • Many of these medications can have significant side effects including bleeding, stomach pain, and ulcers.
  • Most NSAIDs have a “top limit” effect. In other words, NSAIDs can only manage a certain amount of pain—beyond that top level, no matter of additional dosage will have any positive effect on the pain.

Corticosteroids

  • Taken orally or injected into the affected area by your doctor, corticosteroids are anti-inflammatory hormones
  • Among the most common side effects of corticosteroids are a decreased ability of the body to battle infections and heal open wounds.
  • Can also lead to the thinning of bones. For this reason, injected corticosteroids are not recommended as an ongoing pain management technique for gout sufferers.

Colchicines

  • Serious side effects include abdominal cramps, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.

As you can quickly see, traditional medicinal approaches carry with them numerous negative side effects. These side effects are of course not present when using the all natural remedy found in the Gout Diet Report.

Gout and Your Diet

The symptoms of gout tend to show up in many different ways. The most common is a recurring attack of acute inflammatory arthritis. This can affect many joints including the heels, knees, fingers, and wrists. The most common is an occurrence in the base of the big toe, or metatarsal phalangeal.

The main underlying cause of gout is hyperuricemia. Of the people who have hyperiricemia, approximately 10% develop gout at some point in the their life. This occurs for a number of reasons including a persons diet, their predisposition, genetics, or the under excretion of urate — the salts contained in uric acid.

Gout has a strong correlation to the consumption of alcohol, artificially sweetened drinks, meat, and seafood. In fact, about 12% of the reported cases of gout are derived from dietary lifestyle factors. In recent studies, it was shown that certain factors that were once considered associated with gout are in fact not, this includes the intake of purine rich vegetables and a high level of protein intake.

Further studies show evidence that the consumption of vitamin C, dairy products, coffee, and an overall high level of phsyical fitness decrease the risk of gout considerably. All in all, there are many dietary factors that can help control or prevent gout.

5 dieting tips to help you get started on your way to living a gout free life:

1. Avoid all alcohol. Alcohol impairs kidney function as well as accelerates the build up of uric acid in your body. In particular, beer consumption contains high amounts of yeast which is high in purine which even further accelerates the symptoms of gout. Stay away from beer.

2. Stay away from refined carbohydrates and saturated fats. Refined carbohydrates, like sugar, white bread, crackers, cookies, etc. These substances have a tendency to increase uric acid retention as well as pack on the pounds. If you want to live gout free, your diet must consist mostly of complex carbohydrates or all natural food sources.

3. Craving a snack? How about some cherries? Make sure to eat plenty of cherries. Eating plenty of cherries everyday will helps to lower uric acid in your body. This is also true for blueberries. These two berries have been shown to prevent the synthesis and release of histamine, prostaglandins, and leukotrienes — the compounds that are the cause of the severe pain of gout. (A replacement for eating cherries is the consumption of 125-225 milligrams of quercetin — to be taken 3-4 times daily between meals).

4. Use a weight loss program. A good diet and exercise program is essential for everyone in leading a healthy lifestyle. With gout, however, you must ensure that a good amount of your weight loss comes from eating a clean diet and not from doing vigorous exercise. While it is okay to do exercise, you must remember that high levels of exercise will increase the amount of uric acid. Eat smart, and lose the weight slowly and steadily.

5. Ease up on the Vitamin C supplements. In an age of supplementation, it is not uncommon for a regular adult to consume 1000% the daily requirement of vitamin C throughout the day using once a day or multivitamins. Vitamin C, however, has been shown to increase the production of vitamin C in your body. Be aware that vitamin C is important, but excess amounts can be detrimental to your gout.
